ATI Radeon 5850 Crossfiring?

Okay, I asked before and someone said my MOBO only had one PCI-E 16x port, well I opened my case today, and I have 2. Atleast I think so. One is a Blue slot, which has my GPU in it and is marked PCIEX16_1 and the second is PCIEX16_2 so I can run these both at x16 right? I'm still unsure how I would power it because I don't see any more ports on my PSU :(
Here is some pics.
Also, would I be able to fit another 5850 in the space provided?

Sorry about the video, I still haven't gotten my Media Card Reader so I can't use my camera.

Well technically speaking you do only have one PCIex16 slot. Once you install another card they will both run a x8 speed. Which I believe would bottle neck a 5850 but I'm not sure about that. A second card would probably fit but it's going to be super tight and heat is going to be an issue. You're PSU will handle SLI and it should have 4 PCIe connectors. It being modular do you have all the cables connected? if not then hopefully you know where they are.

So what your saying is, in un crossfire supported games it would do worse than with just one card. What ever cables my guy who built the computer gave me I have them all. I'll take some pictures of what they look like later.

A 5850 will be fine in x8. I think it loses like 2% of its power or something like that...it's negligible.

From what I understand a powerful card like the 5850 will be slightly effected by running it in a x8 slot. There are other people here who know more about how the x8 speed will effect a powerful card like the 5850. Hopefully they will chime in anytime now. So you didn't build you're the computer your self? that explains a lot I was wondering how somebody with a nice computer like that didn't know much about it.

Lol, well, I know now I could have easily built the computer. But at the time I was very scared because I had only had 1 previous computer, and I didn't know anything about building then.

Everybody has that at first, they don't realize how stupidly easy it is:D

Yeah. So final verdict, should I crossfire or not? Or is that temperature thing going to be a problem...

Honestly I wouldn't worry about it. You're computer pretty much already kills anything there is really no need for crossfire. Yeah heat would be an issue but it wouldn't stop you from doing it you would maybe have to buy some more fans for better airflow if you could.

Well, what about instead of crossfiring, to just sell my 5850, and buy a 5970?

If thats what you wont then go for it. Do realize though your motherboard does not have on-board video. Which means if you sale your 5850 first you will be out of a computer until you sale it and get the 5970. Unless you have a older card you can just throw in there while you wait.

I have a Nvidia card, but that probably wouldn't work. So, yes I realize this, but I do have a spare computer.

What kinda card is it? as long as it is PCI, or PCIe then it would work. If you have a spare computer (which I am guessing is the little dell I seen sitting in the floor of one of you're pics) then you have nothing to worry about.
