Risks of buying a used PSU?

as long as you know that its in fact gently used and hasnt had any problems i would say deffinitely. its not a bad price and PSU's (as long as they arent overloaded or anything) pretty much last for ever. you'll definitely get your $20 worth out of it :)
 
Plug it in to an outlet and turn it on. Does it work? If it does, give the man his $20 and bring your awesome new PSU home :)
