I keep getting this weird lag on games(Assassin's creed,NBA 2k10)-for example,if i have the camera pointed somewhere, where there isn't anything happening in the background(The sky),it runs smoothe, but if the camera is pointed to somewhere where there is much happening in the background(Looking at the city from above)it lags.
I turn off all other programs.
I've also tried lowering the graphics, but that doesn't help

System spec.:
OS:Windows 7 Professional 64-bit
CPU:AMD Phenom X4 955 Black Edition
Memory:4 GB of RAM
Video card:Integrated 512 MB ASUS 3300 HD

Recommended spec. for Assassin's Creed:
Processor: Intel Core 2 Duo 2.2 GHz or AMD Athlon 64 X2 4400+ or better
RAM: 3GB
Video Card: 512 MB Card
Sound Card: 5.1 Sound Card
HDD Space: 12GB
DirectX Version: DirectX 10.0

Recommended spec. for NBA 2k10:
CPU: 3 GHz Dual Core processor or equivalent
RAM: 2 GB
Disc Drive: 8x or faster DVD drive
Hard Drive: 10.5 GB or more free space
Video: Shader Model 3.0 support with 512 Ram (Nvidia(R) Geforce(R) 7900 GT or better)
Sound: 100% DirectX 9.0c compatible sound card
Input: Dual-analog gamepad

Does anyone know what's wrong?

It's plain and simple video lag, because you have integrated graphics you are going to get some on games like those. A video card (and possibly power supply to help cope) upgrade would do nicely for you! :) The rest of the system is fantastic for sure!

I guess by the CPU it's a desktop, although being that I don't really keep up with hardware nowadays that line could've become more blurred...

Just to clarify what has been stated, the only way you can fix this low framerate is with a new video card.

Depending on your powersupply, you may need a new power supply as well to support a newer more powerful graphics card.

If you're interested, we can recommend a card. If you want to do this, it'd be helpful to know how much you'd be willing to spend, what motherboard you have, and what power supply you have.
