Which motherboard for Overclocking?

So I was just looking around for a basic, cheap motherboard to practice overclocking a Pentium 4 Prescott 2.8GHz with. I narrowed my results down to these two motherboards:
Asus P5PL2:

and Asus P5NSLI:
http://www.amazon.com/gp/offer-list...?ie=UTF8&qid=1268860560&sr=8-1&condition=used
I would just go with the P5NSLI, but it's a bit more expensive and I googled it and found that it's an awful overclocker. Now the question is: is the P5PL2 any better? I couldn't find any good google results.

Personally I don't think you need any practive at all. IDK why you would wanna waste a dime on an old system.
Save your chips and get a nice pc.
Overclocking is very very simple. People make it out to be a lot harder than it is. I don't think many know what "work" is, personally. lol
Its very unlikely you will mess anything up.
Info on voltages for certain CPU, RAM, chipsets are well known and easy to find on the web. stay within the voltage range and have fun!!!
#1 rule = don't be a ****y

As you can see in my sig, I already have a killer system. I just wanna have some fun overclocking some old components. I already plan to get an Apex Vortex 3620 case for this task:

So I thought that it mattered what mobo you got to determine overclocking capability. Is this true? I'm pretty sure I'm going with the P5PL2, though. I don't really want to spend anything more than $60 for a fun project.

I would say going with P5PL2 will be good it has dual channel DDRII 533 memory
and will keep your system performing at the highest levels and will provide for maximum productivity.
