Hello friends,
I have an intel d865glc motherboard out of a gateway system. I am trying to instal an AGP video card, the visiontek HD 2600pro 512 mb. Will my motherboard support this card?

Thanks,
James

Intel D865GLC supports AGP 3.0 (8X Speed & 1.5 and 0.8 Volt Only). If the visiontek card matches those specs then it should be fine. Make sure you have these minimums for the PSU - 300W or greater power supply recommended
Available 6 pin power connector from power supply or included cable adapter.

Well the card I was trying to use was a 256mb 9600 pro and it wouldn't boot in any dell computer, even tried a friends 4600, 4400 and still wouldn't boot up. When I put it in an asus motherboard it worked just fine.

Could of been a bug bios in that dell series.
