building a budget gaming pc

I don't see why it wouldn't be. Although, Asrock boards are not known for their overclocking abilities, and the Northwood P4's tend to slowly go kaput when you raise the voltage by too much, but you should be able to get a little bit out of it. The Celeron will probably overclock better.

ya, i've never overclocked before, but i would like to try it on that celeron
