I have this PC, And I have a few questions about it

1. I want to hook it up to a TV, But I can't find a TV that has DVI ports (The only port my PC has) So I want to get a card that has either HDMI or VGA, But I'm not sure, Because it looks like most newer cards are really huge, And it seems as though my current card (Geforce 9800) fits to it perfect, But it can't fit anymore. Would say, A GTX400 or whatever fit in such a small port? Also, This crappy mobo that came with it limits the PCIe 16x ports to 8x, Would that be a problem?

2. Could I say, Buy a new case, mobo and power supply, And put my current parts from my dell pc into it (Geforce 9800, HDD, RAM, Intel Core 2) and it will work, Or will it conflict with the BIOS?

I don't quite understand your PCI-E x16 problem?? PCI-E x8 is refer to SLi set up. Nothing to do with single card.

PSU - Dell XPS 630i has 750W, what is the point of changing that?

No, it refers to how many electrical connections the slot has. x8 means only half of the slot is working, which sounds like something Dell would do. You see that in SLI/CF a lot because in many cases the second PCIe slot actually shares those connections with the first slot. When you plug the second card in it steals half of them.

By the way, TS, like he said, adapters are the way to go. HDMI and DVI are almost exactly the same thing, so the adapters work perfectly.
