what is the best chipset to oc?

I have a Q6600 and can only get about 3.0 outa it with this board http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813128357 Aint even close to the ceiling with my Zalman 9500 air cooler.....

You might be having trouble with your ram timings hindering the ceiling of your oc. Loosen up your timings to allow your ram to increase in speed. Hopefully this will let you raise your fsb a bit more.

ok... They are 5:5:5:18.....What do i need to set them to???

Try 6-6-6-22, that should give you some more headroom.

Is this board going to be significantly worse, overclocking- or other-wise, than a P35 or X38 one?
