I would disable both of these entries via msconfig - look under the Startup tab and under the Services tab (with "Hide All Microsoft Services" checked) just to see if it still lags on boot-up. If that solves the problem, but your audio and video isn't acting right, then you ought to go to the HP an Nvidia websites and look for an update for the latest drivers for your hardware and install them.O23 - Service: NVIDIA Stereoscopic 3D Driver Service (Stereo Service) - NVIDIA Corporation - C:\Program Files\NVIDIA Corporation\3D Vision\nvSCPAPISvr.exe
O23 - Service: XAudioService - Conexant Systems, Inc. - C:\Windows\system32\DRIVERS\xaudio.exe
Sorry, I kind of forgot the original problem...
These may be what's causing the lag

What do you mean by slow? Can you give us a time estimate from pressing the power button to when windows ready to use.
I don't think it's the hard drive. If you want to check you HDD, there are free utilities to do that on the manufacturer's website.
I don't know why your Nvidia service and XAudio service wouldn't be showing up under msconfig in the Services tab - they're clearly starting up, b/c I can see them in the HJT log... Are you positive?
Let's do this - go to Start-->Control Panel-->System-->Hardware tab-->Device Manager
Are there any yellow triangles with a "!" or red circles with a "x"?
If so, right click on the devices and choose Uninstall.
Then go to Display adapters and click the "+". Right-click on the adapter (should only be one) and choose uninstall. Then go to Sound, Video and Game Controllers and right-click all of the devices and choose Uninstall. Then reboot and post back and tell us if it still lags.
