ur not going to be getting anything good for that amount of money. increase ur budget or ur not getting a good gpu. its as simple as that

That's not true, you don't need an amazing video card for editing and Photoshop. In fact those things use CPU power more then GPU. You can defiantly get a decent card for that price. Even one that will play games decently. I don't think he wonts to play games though so a cheap card is more then enough.
Linkin made a good suggestion also look at a 4650 and something like 8500gt. If you can find a 4670 or 9600gt for the price then pick one up because they are both really good cards for the price.

It doesn't have to be CRAZY good because I don't do any gaming but I do a lot of Photoshop and video editing with After Effects and Vegas. Plus, wouldn't it combine with my GPU I have now since it supports crossfirex?

And no, hybrid crossfire only works up the the HD4550 iirc.
Also, you will definately need a better power supply, Okia is complete crap chinese power supplies.

Any specific reason you wanted to stick with the Radeon? Just because you're running AMD doesn't mean you have to run ATI cards.

I though the 8800gt was a good recomendation. However, if you have a Microcenter this is a decent card within your budget with extra features. I am not saying this is the best card made but it is within your budget and is decent. I bought one just to have and at least for HD TV it plays as nice as my $600 card. I know that is not your intention but...

It's just what people think should happen. It's all fanboy junk. I personally prefer nVidia over ATI by a long shot, and I run AMD.
