Hello i have been using my razer copperhead for almost a year now but lately i have discovered that when i move the mouse around it makes small pixel ''jumps''. This is really anoying. I am using a stellseries soft cloth mousepad. Also the razer software won't detect my mouse, i have tried every usb port and noone works, have reinstalled drivers aswell. using vista btw. plz help

i have written to razer support but that usually takes about a week so, thought it would be a good idea to check here meanwhile.
I have reinstalled the drivers for my razer many times but still doesn't work.
Though every time i put it in a new usb port windows automaticly starts to install drivers for it. Shall i remove this and if so how?

Did you install any new hardware/update drivers? It could also be a driver conflict.
ty for the tip i installed the latest drivers from razer and now it detects my mouse, but i still got the problem with jumping pixels.
When i don't use it on my cloth mousepad it seems to stop abit.
Does copperhead support usage on soft surfaces or do i need to change to a hard one?
I really dont wanna change my mousepad but i want to hear what you guys think.
