Hi guys. every now and then (it usually happens after i insert a cd or something to the usb drive or play a game) my computer will not shutdown. I press shutdown and the computer will hang on the shutdown screen with that circle thing spinning. Then after 15 minutes or so the computer will manually shutdown and restart by itself and when i log in again it tells me that windows has recovered from an unexpected shutdown or something like that.
here is what the message looks like:

try to boot into safe mode and recreate the problem... if you cannot recreate the problem it may be a driver issue.

In that case I might suggest updating your drivers one by one and seeing if that fixes the problem... probably video card then maybe audio card... after that it would be a crap shoot.

First see if you can recreate the problem in safe and if not do it normal and tell us what exactly is causing the crash.
