hi all i have the amd athlon II 250, and on the amd overdrive utility it says the temp is 25 C. is this too cold? i just have the stock heatsink/fan on it, so is this normal? or is there no such thing as too cold? =) and what is too hot? thanks.

AI Suite says it's 37. i hope its accurate. all the fans in my case are on full blast, so its pretty cool.

The only time you can be too cold on chips is the temperature where the silicon stops semiconducting. ;)

It's some insanely low temp... a few hundred below i believe (*c that is)

image a superconductor in there :P

"professional" overclockers use liquid nitrogen on their cpus, so you should be fine ;)

wow. what, did they stick their computers it the freezer to figure that out? :D

Nah, they did this :)

My amd x2 250 runs at 26c, so i think these are normal temps. It stays so cool cause it throttles the power.
