speedy did you have any problems with drivers, as far as video, chipset, audio and wireless

It was a pain to find a working video driver that would allow for full resolution. I also had to install a different wireless card as the stock one wasn't mac compatible. Chipset and audio was easy peasy for me.

Archos 9 is basically like a more powerful ipad running windows 7. I have the archos 5 internet tablet running android and its amazing.

The archos 5 does look pretty intriguing.

It already has a multi touch screen.Especially if you put in a touchscreen
That's a tablet...you can flip the screen around, fold it over the keyboard, and use it more or less like an iPad.

My bad, those have intrigued me as well. My problem was I already had a netbook and rather than buy a new one i figured why not just upgrade my current one.

I ended up getting one from 'visual touch world'. It's one of the 4th gen .4mm plastic ones. It's installed now and working great! Downloading microsoft touch pack now. I'll post up a video later after i go out to get some food, i'm hungry

You gonna try to load Linux or OS X on there? I'd be interested to see if you could load Android OS or iDevice OS on it.

Just the Win 7 / OSX dual boot. Dont have any plans to put anything else on it.
