Dual GTX 470

If you look at the top its SLI compatible... Imagine having two of these beasts? :D I think i would do anything for this monster :)
 
nvidia is not doing well. I mean fermi has been an enormous flop. with the 6xxx series due to come out later this year, Nvidia is in DEEP DEEP shit.

True, they need a home-run and I don't think Fermi is it. We'll see what they bring to the table once the 6xxx series comes out.
 
well based on the fact that it took them 6 months to release any competition for the 5xxx series it doesnt look good. Frankly if Nvidia is to be competitive they need to go back to the pwnage of the 280, 285 etc. If they don't step up their game, momentum will carry ATI to the top!
 
I heard Fermi has been traced to the actual cause of global warming. Imagine the heat from this card. If they could get the heat in check I would be interested though.

First of all, global warming is a hoax designed to be marketed to idiots who will believe whatever anyone tells them.

Second of all, I agree. The case I have has poor cooling as is so with an even hotter card there's just no way I could sport one... bummer.

I know right? Prolly just a way to get some type of commission/board going and use our tax dollars in the most wasteful/idiotic way you could imagine.

I just cant believe how fast and advanced graphics cards are getting,And unfurtunatly how expensive they are :cool:

I seriously hope ur kidding. Humans CAN and HAVE affected temperature on a global scale. Do you know about Venus's atmosphere? Yeah thats what Earth will be if we continue to release as much CO2 into the atmosphere as we have been. The correlation between greenhouse gas levels, ozone depletion, and temperature increases can't be ignored

Back off topic:): Wherever we can influence the data a bit for benefit we have stepped out of the realm of the scientific method. Global warming is just too political of a thing to trust the data, in my opinion. I agree with danthrax. Also joking.
