Where is the best place i can get ati radeon 4850

that price is correct. 5670's are very very cheap. also that is not a 4850 which I hope u are aware of. finally, newegg is the best website to look at. I would get a 5770 which only costs 160 bucks
 
Well if you want a 4850 NewEgg has several to choose from and right around the $100 range give or take a few $.

jarlmaster47 and Gabe63 point to the 5770 which seems to be the current sweet spot for builds that want a good gaming card without costing a large wad of cash.

But joh06937's question is an important one that will help us help you. I would also ask what is the make and current wattage of your power supply?
 
I'd just get a 5670 or 5770.... actually leaning towards the 5770, i have one and i came from a 4850, good 25-30% increase in FPS, before overclocking. thats pretty good for the same amount of stream processors.
