only acouple things i would change if u have the extra cash
dont get value ram cuz it sucks
get a 5770 if u have the extra cash its only about 100 usd

I am not trying to be mean (I swear) but if you are going to build a gaming computer with that GPU (5450) just get a game consol like X-box. It will cost less and play better. That is not much of a card, I would consider the 5770 minimum. You can even look for used cards like the GT250 or something.

I'm not exactly in the know about GPU's, but it claims to have DirectX11 Support? SUrely that is good? I know it's not got mny stream processors but 1GB of DDR3 graphics memory can't be that bad, right>? thks

That will give you an idea on the performance that card will give you. There are several 512mb cards with a higher benchmark.

You could run WoW with that card, but not sure what else. My daughter use to play it with a radeon x1300 (which has a close benchmark rating) on medium setting and it ran fine. never tried highest settings so i can't help you there.
