What PSU will you be using? Using a 5830, I'd recommend at least 500w-650w, probably 650w if you can afford it. Make sure you choose a good brand too.
A good 500W is plenty, the only reason to suggest a 650W is if the user plans on running crossfire in the future.

According to the description that is an FX board. In total agreement about an FX board, however.
If you want to save some money you could go either with a a 955 or even a 945. Will you be overclocking?
@bomberboysk: curious; how is the quality of the DDR3 Ballistix? The reason I ask is because with their DDR1 and DDR2 Ballistix offerings they had serious issues with tons of RMAs. I speak from personal experience when I had six sticks of DDR1 fail. Don't get me wrong. I have used Crucial memory in upgrades and systems but I am gun shy of the Ballistix line.

The problems with the ballistix lied alot in the single sided DDR2, crucials DDR3 has been some of the best value for money memory out there. OCZ has quite alot more issues with memory than crucial, only problems i have seen with crucial other than the standard failure rates from any manufacturer were their original high voltage ddr3 offerings(which, alot of manufacturers had some issues with that as well, but then again about 3 companies make the majority of IC's used by memory manufacturers).
As far as the board, the GA-790XTA-UD4 is a 790X based board, as far as i can tell Komplett.ie pasted the wrong description onto it from the GA-790FXTA-UD5.

Also, you recommend getting the X6, but aren't most games still trying to catch up with utilizing 4 cores?
For €20 more you get two more cores, which helps with multitasking, as well as the fact that games continue to use more and more multithreading to take advantage of multi core processors. At one point i remember people saying how a quad wasnt worth it for gaming, and then people realized games such as gta IV essentially neded a quad to run well.
And yes, the "original" 5000+(65nm) and 6400+(90nm) black editions did not come with a heatsinks, i actually helped a buddy of mine build his first rig with a 400W psu, 5000+ black edition, xigmatek S-963, 2gb of memory, and a cheap foxconn boards. All black edition processors since then however have come with heatsinks.
b.e. are definitely worth it in my opinion. unlocked multipliers really help with overclocking
Only when running cheaper boards/memory, on air anyhow. Unlocked multis really start to shine once you get to sub ambient though.

I just opened my case and on the psu it has to values 550w and 650w and the brand is active pfc,so I'm not really sure tbh as i built this computer 4 years ago
As for the cpu I think I will stick with the b.e. for the sake of the money and the x6 is new and i can renember some problems with the quad cores when they came out with amd so i think i will stay clear of that one

Well I dont have a budget so to say as I set out with a small budget and sorta went way over it so anything under 700 is what I'm trying for.And I honestly dont play high end games to much just bf2 project reality.But I do play newer games at 1980x1800 some times so my old gt9600 512 cant really handle that so well

There were no "problems with quad cores" when they came out, the Phenom II X6 in the simpliest of terms is just a Phenom II X4 with two more cores(a few other features were added, such as turbo boost). Even if you do plan on exploring overclocking in the future...i would suggest going with the 945 or 965, the 965 is one of the biggest wastes of money IMHO, especially considering the 955 has an unlocked multiplier as well.
Also, "active PFC" just means active power factor correction, we need to know the brand. If it is unbranded, you will want to look into getting yourself a new power supply as cheap power supplies are very prone to failure and can damage your components.
