need links to amd motherboard QUICK!!

hello. so i am in need of a motherboard. i would like to be able to order it from newegg, and within 24 hours from today 6-9-10. it needs to be an am3, im only using one card a gtx260, maybe sata 6 and usb 3, but can always order add in cards later. if 2 pci e 16 slots try and make them dual 16. ideally i want something that is rock solid for overclocking an athlon II x 4 630, 1 pci e 16 slot, something that has been solid by facts, through testing or something. i really need your help on this on cause ive never had a costum built amd machine. my budget i suppose would be around $150, but lower if possible. i also need a good cpu cooler, so some links on that would be great as well. the budget for that will be up to $50. thanks all for your help

If your overall budget is $300 for CPU + Mobo + heatsink, I would recommend you get Phenom IIx4 955 ($160) + Gigabyte/ Asus AMD 870 mobo ($100) + Scythe SCMG-2100 ($35)
