2 monitors

So I'm currently running 2 monitors.

I've always wanted to have my main monitor ( 24" ) for gaming and the other mon ( 17" ) for other stuff like MSN, music player, firefox, etc, WITHOUT alt-tabbing. This can be achieved if I play games at 'window-mode' so my cursor is not limited by the boundary of my main monitor. However, playing at 'window-mode' decreases my FPS by a lot.

I am thinking if there's any software that could allow me to play at full screen mode but at the same time allows me to move my cursor to the second monitor?

I have looked for the same thing for when I play games so I can have the game open on one, and Facebook or CF on the other. I never could find a way.
