Corsair A70 CPU Cooler

Well, I doubt it's going to perform admirably with those Corsair fans... I don't think those would be great.

On the box it said the fans were 50-60CFM but who knows what they really put out when both connected to the one header.

I don't like that the fans are on the same header, but would like to see what the performance is like, even with that.

I am not a fan (pardon the pun) of the H50 at all, overpriced waste of time imo when an air cooler will do what it does just as well and is cheaper, but usually Corsair make some top notch stuff, so would quite like to see how the HSF measures up to others

They may have decent rated CFM but that's without the thick heatsink in the way.

The CFM doesn't really matter if the fan can't generic enough static pressure to force air through those tight fins. If you get that heatsink best buy some better fans to go with it.

the a70 is great. i bought it the other day for my athlon II x4 630. i have it oc to 3.5Ghz, and at idle it stays at 30c tops, and under full 100%load it nver exceeds 40c. the fans that come with it are real good. you can deffinatly feel alot of air blowing through the fins. its a bit pricey, $70 out the door from best buy, but i think the a50 would be alright, however having the 2nd fan in push pull set up really makes the a70 a better deal all around.....its huge though
