Windows 7 vs Windows XP

Is windows 7 that much better. I have a new laptop thy has windows 7 installed. It seems to not be running well with alot f extra junk. Could I swap out windows 7 or windows xp?

It is sometimes harder on a Laptop to make a backwards move on a Operating System because of all the proprietary Drivers that Laptops have.

Go to the Laptop Manufacture Web site, and see if the offer XP Drivers. If they do then you are set and just need a XP install Disk with a working product Key.

Reload it from scratch with a Windows 7 disc. Then you won't have any bloatware and it'll run like a champ. It's the bloatware causing the issues, not Windows 7.
