Hello everyone.

I did a big mistake today and now I can`t make it right. During surfing on the internet some program was downloaded to my desktop. It had samo strange name with numbers, publisher was Black internet and type of file was File uploader. I clicked on it (don`t ask me why) but nothing happened and I became suspicious so I restarted computer. After restarting windows restored up to the point where blue screen is shown and windows are loading but instead of that blue screen was shown with white letters and it was written: Windows were shut down to prevent damage to your computer...if this is the first time this happened make sure your remove any recenty installed softwares or hardwares...

And now everytime I try to restore Windows that blue screen is shown. I can`t even enter safe mode or any other mode.

I`m complete n00b and I simply don`t know what to do so please help anybody!! I have recovery files on disk D but I don`t know how to access it cause nothing works!! Please help!!

(sorry if my english is bad)

Start your computer in safe mode by repeatedly tapping "F8" before you see the Windows loading screen. When safe mode loads, login, and a box should pop up. Click "no" which brings up system restore. Pick a date that is before the problem started happening and see if that fixes it. Also, it would be a good idea to download and run Malwarebytes while your in safe mode.

Respital - no I don`t
PohTayToez - safe mode won`t work, when I select it again that blue screen is shown and I can`t get further than that

You'll either have to take it in to a computer shop and let them look at it or hook the hard drive up to a different computer and scan it using a fully updated virus program along with malwarebytes full scan and pick your drive to be scanned.

Or boot from a live CD and scan it yourself.

the best and quickest solution would be what john suggested, to find another PC, a friends or family, take your HD out, change the dip switch to slave and pin it to the other PC, have them scan the HD from their own system
ifyou have no options, then you might want to to purchase another cheap HD, isntall your OS and scan your old HD as slave

Why need to buy a new harddrive? if there isn't any pictures, document and music need to be saved. just format the hard drive and do a clean installation.
Best Regards.
