I am using linksys WRT54G wireless router for my home internet connections. sometime I see the router and the modem lights busy flashing and my computers are idling. Is it possible someone might connected to internet using my router? if so, is there any software or windows options can let me know if someone is on my router?
Thanks.
Paul

I get the same thing. There should be a client list.

Make sure you know ever wired and wireless ip that you own on the network . If you see a unidentified 1 that's your intruder.

You have to access the routers home page. Do this by typing 192.168.1.1 into your browser address bar and hit enter. You will need to leave user name blank and password is admin. When routers home page comes up click on status, then click on local network, then click on dhcp clients table. The chart will show you what IP address each device has with the computers name that is connected to it. If you don't know what it is, you can remove it.
