first I am going to start saying Im a Gamer. Not professional, but picky. I like Amazing graphics...The best. I like to play games like crysis, far cry2, Global Agenda,(soon to come:crysis 2)...So..I had in my hands few options for desktop. Very good ones. But now my dad tells me ill have to get a laptop for university next year. Now i want to make things easier for him. So im considering a gaming laptop that suits me. That way not having to buy a desktop now, and a laptop next year.

I would really appriciate(5th or 6thh time in 1 month i say this in this forum...:p) if someone could suggest me a GOOD laptop specialized in gaming. Good processor,Outstanding Graphic card, etc...
MY budget is 1000$-1600$.
I have me eyes on this laptop maybe customizing its processor, can someone check it out for me?
....Ok, i dont have me eyes on this laptop anymore, i have my heart in it, check it out http://www.ibuypower.com/Store/Battalion_101_W870CU_Gaming_Laptop/w/31845

dude, that is an amazing specked laptop. however, since you're going all out, i'd definitely suggest the 7200 RPM 500 GB HDD. And since you will mostly be gaming, switch over to the i7 620M processor. when considering gaming, you want more speed instead of more cores, the 620 will help you out with that. (makes total $1602) should help speed things up quite a bit. :) and the gpu on that baby will blow any laptop away (and a good number of desktops). again....incredible build.

but, (one thing i forgot to add), you will have virtually no battery life with that beast. XP unless the graphics are switchable to on-board and you keep it on the absolute lowest power settings whenever you're not gaming. my advice, get the biggest battery available for it...maybe 2 of them... XP
