tons of viruses on laptop. please help!

I have a large amount of viruses on my laptop and need help getting them off. Here is all the information I have.
1: I am not an admin on the computer so I can't install things
2: the computer says task manager is infected and won't open it when I use ctrl alt delete
3: apparently rundll32.exe is infected according to a security warning dialog that popped up
4: there are a bunch of anti virus programs that all of a sudden appeared on the laptop and look very suspicious and will not remove things unless I enter my information to purchase them
5: one is called antimalware doctor
6: another is antivir solution
7:stclogin.exe is said to be infected
8: internet explorer will not let me go to any websites and says: "visiting this website may harm your computer" on any thing I type in
9:spybot is under all programs (I dont know if that program is bad but it sounds suspicious)
10: when I exit out of the antivirus programs they immediately open up again

Please help me fix these viruses. If you need any more information I'll try to get it. thank you
 
What OS are you using? and whose computer is it if you don't have admin access to it, we will need you to be able to install software and be under an account that can make changes to your registry and such.
 
Im using xp and it's a work computer so it's my computer for as long as I work there and as a result I don't have admin access. I tried to install malwarebytes and it wouldn't let me. Is there the possibility of directly deleting the bad files or using a portable application running off a usb.
 
Run HijackThis.exe
To choose Open the Misc Tools section-Generate StartupList Log - ("Do you want continue" - Yes )

Antivir (no clue what it is) is blocking the hijack program. Whenever I tried to open it I saw the license agreement for less then a second and then it closed. Do you think I can find the antivir in the c drive or something?

Are you the owner of this laptop? Or is it a school or work computer, borrowed, your parents, or something else. If you're not the owner then I would recommend that you leave any maintenance up to the rightful owner, or risk getting in trouble.
 
As I said above it is a work laptop.

Nestle I am presuming that was a question so yes it is blocked by the virus.

If its a work laptop, then tell them about the problem and let them deal with it. You dont want to get in trouble or potentially lose your job because you messed with something you're not supposed to. Right?

Talk to the people in charge of those matters at your job and decide on the proper, legal next step.

If you do not have admin privileges on the laptop, and it is company property, it isn't a good idea to try and fix it on your own. You should talk to the 'tech guys' at your work and get them to fix it.
 
Since you don't have administrator access, you can't do anything. You'll have to let the IT people where you are clean it up for you.

Technically its your companies machine and not yours. We can't help you.
