I have a few questions about this website

alright, I have afew questions about this website. ive looked throught the FAQs and couldnt get a straight answer. so i decided to make a thread and hopefully yall can help me out

1- can i/ how do i delete my own posts?
2- can i/ how do i delete my own threads?
3- how do i send private messages?

i may be sleep deprived and just missing the buttons, but ive tried to do all three and was not able to, so will someone please explain step by step how to do all of these. The FAQs were very vauge and dint explan much.

oh yes and one more question. is there a program that scans your systeml and tells you everything thats in your computer (motherboard, video card, hard drive, ect ect ect)

1/2 - the "edit" button, when clicked, gives an option at the top of the screen to delete the post, or the thread, there is a box which says "reason for deletion"; you don't have to fill that in and hardly anyone bothers for posts, but you might want to if it's a whole thread.
3)The quick way is to lick on "User CP", and directly underneath "private messages" is the option "send private message"


As for your program, try CPU-Z @ http://www.cpuid.com/softwares/cpu-z.html

I'm not sure about the thread, but above a post that has already been posted, there should be a thing When you scroll up saying "Delete post" (all this appears of course after you press the edit button. I'll try and put up a screenshot, but I'm having uploading issues ATM
 
Looks like you tried to delete the words written in the box, that is why you have above "a message you have entered is to short". This error message/box is replacing the "delete" box.

After "Edit" / "Go Advance" your delete box will appear above the message, don't touch the message but click on "delete"

You can't send private messages until you have made 1000 posts on the forum.
In regards to deleting your own posts, the delete button is visable when you press Edit.
In regards to deleting your own threads, you can't, so you must contact a moderator or administrator of the forum.

The correct number of posts required to private message is 100 not 1000, probably a typo but still needed to be corrected.

A minimum of 100 posts are required to send Private Messages, Visitor Messages, and to participate in our Computer Equipment For Sale section. Before posting in that section, read the Selling Requirements. You may not attempt to sell items outside our for sale section.
