Graphics card ?!?

Would this be a good graphics card to get?
and would it play newest games and more new games to come in great quality?

Cpu - Intel i5 650 3.2 GHz

If it is a decent one, what Power suply would i need?

Or if you can find a better Pci Express card for cheaper and as good / better

Don't get the GTX 465.
It was a flop.
Although on paper it looked OK, the GTX 460 1GB (around the same price) actually scored higher in most benchmarks. GF104>GF100.
It will be able to run the latest games at high resolution on a mid-sized monitor (22-27"), but you may not get playable framerates on very high settings with High AA/AF on games like crysis. etc.
For your price range, I Would get a HD 5830/5850/GTX460 1GB.
As for the PSU, get a reputable company brand, about 600W should be OK, reputable brands: Antec, Thermaltake, Enermax, OCZ, SeaSonic, Coolermaster, there are plenty more, but google will help you in your quest

same price near enough and from a better retailer too, and is a better card. Is better than the 5830, very nearly as good as the 5850 and costs less
