Power Supply: 450 Watt

however, it will be a POS. If you are wanting to get that video card, you will have to invest in another, better quality one

i am sorry but what is POS? also i just want to get average graphic card like 9800GT. So it cant run graphic cards? with 450 Watts?

It isn't just the wattage, it is the quality of the unit. A good 400W power supply will power it easily. For instance:

the diablotek won't power anything substantial at all as it will end up blowing. The corsair however will comfortably power the system you are looking at. Generally, though it isn't always the case because low quality parts can be used, look at the +12V rail(s). The higher the amps on there the better, you want most of your power on there.

So going back to the diablotek and corsair unit, look at the specs:

Diablotek:

+3.3V@26A, +5V@35A, +12V1@12A, [email protected], [email protected], [email protected]

+3.3V@20A, +5V@20A, +12V@30A, [email protected], [email protected]

The corsair has more than double the output on the +12V rail than the diablotek. It isn't just about power output though, problems can be caused by cheap units. I posted about this yesterday in this thread:

uhh what if i dont buy the graphic card for a while. will i be ok? and if i do buy a graphic card and buy the corsaiir PSU i said will i be good?

If you don't get the graphics card for a while it should be fine yes, but I would get a better unit before putting a video card in there

and video memory means nothing unless you are at very high resolution. Look at:

9800gt 512mb

even though the 9800gt has only half the video memory of the 9500gt, it still wipes the floor with it in every situation

well i have a 1080p monitor so for that i probably do need 1GB. but yea you did make a good point. i might get 9800GT

which radeon were you referring to? Remember that you will need the power to drive all of those pixels, you don't JUST need video memory to work at high resolutions

yes, 4GB is plenty for any game out now and that will be coming out for a while. Most only "need" 2GB (so say the specs).

Look through the system requirements of the games you want to play and you will see what I mean, or, I happen to have 4 game boxes next to me, the specs on them for memory:

GoW: 1GB
BF:BC2: 2GB
WoW:1GB XP, 2GB Vista/7
CoD:MW2: 512mb XP, 1GB Vista/7
