My 2nd build - Critique Wanted

I have been looking into building my 2nd computer for a while and I've finally gotten the money to do so :D. My previous computer I built was 2 1/2 years ago and my god I didn't realize so much changed x.x so I've been for researching for 2 days straight getting myself up to snuff but I'm still not confident if what I came up with is the best and ultimately the most bang for my buck. I have duel monitors and probably will get a 3rd monitor and G-card mid next year. The primary uses I use my computer is for 3d modeling,photoshop, and video editing and need things to move and operate as smoothly and fast as possible because I'm always have multiple editing programs open at the same time on duel monitors. I'm hoping to spend only $700 max but the lower the better every dollar matters. I think everything should be compatible, I would like a more experienced opinion on the build I came up with.

Also all I need is a CPU,GPU,Mobo, and Ram everything else I have.

Looks good man, but I would recommend changing the RAM. The Mobo supports 'DDR3 2200/1333/1066/800' and the RAM you chose is '1600'

Other than that looks good!

ohh yea opps the mobo that I was looking at before was this http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813188055 and i chose that ram for that board but idk if I want that mobo though... I have a more preference for Gigabyte Mobo's since my previous one is a Gigabyte P35

does speed of ram really matter from 1333>1600??? and I mean worth the extra money?

yea the 2nd choice I added to my list thanks ^_^ Right now I have a decent build but I'm trying to see if I can trim the price a little bit so I'm looking around everywhere. and yes I agree no reason to go over 4 GB until you reach a point where your consuming almost all of your RAM then it's time to upgrade your sticks^^ my previous computer the max i'd get it to was 85% and that was when i had like 7 of my editing programs up all loaded with work
 
I'd steer clear of the gigabyte 460's, everyone on every forum i go to has had issues with them, be it either crashes, bad overclocking or whatever. Try something from Zotac/EVGA/Palit (especially the sonic platinum from palit)

Ahh thanks for the heads-up on that. I've never heard of the brands Zotac and Palit are they any good?
 
the last thing im looking at is my PSU while I believe it will be fine because I don't think PSU have change all that much at least to my knowledge ^^;
