Building a gaming PC for $500-$700

I really don't have a budget but I'm a real cheap bastard so I want to build a gaming PC that can play todays games for as little as possible. I was hoping in the $500-$700 range. I already have the mouse, keyboard and monitor but I'll need everything else. I was looking to build a more expensive one a while back but I just can't justify the cost to myself. I really don't know where to start working with this budget.

I love that case personally its too bad newegg.ca has barely any combo deals the only foreseeable change really would be a corsair power supply but its not in the budget.

I was thinking the same thing about the PSU but I think what I chose will be fine. And yes, there really isn't much for combo deals, really disappointing.

Any more input?

I'm obviously upping my budget a bit. This would raise the total to around $870. I'm willing to do this if it's worth it to do so. I'd even be willing to up it more if you guys have any ideas?
