Best CPU Fan with clips(not screwed from behind motherboard)

I'm looking for a good CPU fan that does not require access to the back of the motherboard, but instead use the standard clips that you 'twist' to lock the assembly to the processor, much like the stock coolers that come with CPUs.

Any recommendations are greatly appreciated.

What sort of price (w/ currency)?

You know most screw in ones which require a backplate only need you to put the backplate on, then you are set to take it off and on as many times as you like without having to touch the back of the board again? And that those with screws generally have better pressure on the CPU (therefore heat will go to the heatsink better), are easier to get in and out, and are better for heavier heatsinks/ones that will be moved about alot (if you move your system around alot) because the clips aren't all that strong? If it is heavy you are also putting more stress and strain on the motherboard which can cause warping/damage, and the higher performance coolers will have screws, not clips.

Wow, I'm sorry. Completely forgot about the important information. It's LG 1156, I have an i7 860.

Would like to keep it cheap, as the one I was going to get was the Hyper 212 Plus. Trying to avoid having to pull my motherboard out if possible.

I am aware about the better performance of the ones with the backplate. Just would like to see how the performance compares to those without. I'll take my motherboard out if need be, but honestly just feeling lazy and trying to work on it without disconnecting everything.

How long would it take to pull out you mobo? Even know clips are easier, prolonging the life and performance of your CPU is worth taking your mobo out for.
 
So I'm going to make my cry for help in here, as well as another thread.

I got my new CPU fan, installed it, but while reapplying thermal paste a little went on the side. So before securing my CPU i took a paper towel and wiped near where the CPU sits. Another edge of the paper towel snagged on where the CPU plugs into and it looks like the pins shifted a bit.. Only two of them or so.

I didn't know what to do, so I put my CPU in, and finished everything else. I connected my computer, and it booted(phew!). I got to windows, and everything looked great, CPU temps were 20C lower than before, but what??? It says I have 4Gb of RAM, but only 1.99 usable inside Windows.

I quickly researched the issue, panicking that it had to do with the pins. I found one single post where someone said it did fall back to the pins and that's what caused this. Shit.

I took my computer apart again, and got some tweezers and did my best to make the pins point upwards. They looked perfectly aligned with all the others, but it was SO hard to see without a magnifying glass, which I don't have.

I connected everything again, and STILL the same issue. Shit.

I checked my BIOS and it says 2048 is my max memory, inside Windows it KNOWS I have 4GB, as it says. But it says I only have 1.99GB usable.

HELP! I don't know what to do, the CPU socket pins look fine, but I'm almost sure they're the cause. What can I do? This really sucks. :(
