Video Card Problem for Gaming

Hi,
I was currently gifted with a Desktop, for which i was grateful, but i'm having trouble finding an appropriate video card that could work for my games.

this is the current setup:
Windows 7 64-bit
Intel Pentium Dual CPU E2220 @ 2.40GHz 2.40GHz
4GB DDR2 RAM
640 GB Hard Drive SATA
PSU: PS-5221-06
AC Input 220-240V ~
DC Output +12V /14A max
+3.3V & +5V Total Output Not Exceed 80W
+3.3V & +5V & +12V & -12V & +5Vsb Total Output Not Exceed 220W

This desktop came with a Nvidia GeForce G100 512MB video card but no longer works as the fan of the card stopped working.

I want to replace the video card with something equal or better but im having two problems:

1.Its a slim case so it needs to be low profile.
2.It has to run with the low wattage PSU that the PC has.

I bought a Nvidia GeForce 210 512GB but i keep having reboots, BSoD's, and crashes, to which i suspect that the video card may be too much for this PC.

Help!

PS. I Only intend to play World of Warcraft, not any of those heavy graphics games, hope it helps.
