Can my Motherboard support this CPU?

Hello,

I want to replace my old cpu with a AMD Phenom II X3 715

My mobo is a M2N68-LA (Narra3) which has a Am2+ socket and on the hp website says it can support a 95w cpu.

My only issue is the whole front bus speed thing which for this mobo is
2000 MT/s (2.0 GT/s).

Tricky, I would have a scout about for BIOS updates for the M2N68-LA (Narra3). But I guess with a motherboard like that you will not get the optimum use out of the tri core CPU (even if it does support it).

Might be better off saving that money for a CPU+MOBO combo...

It has been know in the past (ASUS A8N XX for example) for motherboard manufacturers to release BIOS updates to support new CPUs, in my case it was to support the 939 X2 stuff.
