My Pc WONT turn Off. After changing motherboard, proc, ram.

hi guys.. im new here.. i need your help.. my pc wont turn off..after i bought a new MotherBoard - ASUS - M4A88TD-M, a new memory ram cards - 2x 2gb DDR3 1333, and a new Processor - Athlon II X4 630.. the computer dont shut down.. i using Win 7 Ultimate x64.. i go on Start menu..and go set it to turn off.. but.. my pc just turn off the monitor.. the hard drives.. but the power suply stay with the coolers running.. and the GPU cooler is runing to.. it just turn off if i remove the power cable of the power suply..

Well.. i look at manual of the motherboard.. and all the cables are set right on the Painel of the motherboard.. but my computer WANT turn off..

Also.. if i press the Button to power of on the case.. the same thing happen.. it just turn off the monitor.. the hds.. but the Coolers of the fan and the power suply continues working.. :eek:

another problem is.. when i put the power cable on the power suply.. it turn on.. i dont need to press any button on my Case.. it just turn on.. (it pissing me off ) i think it's the configs on bios.. but i dont know how to config it.. could someone please help me?

start by taking it all apart and putting it back together in the case. It's possible you shorted the board by allowing it to touch the metal in the case. Make sure you are using stand offs. then make sure all the little wires that are attached to the lights and buttons on the front are configured correctly on the motherboard. then, to reset the bios if you want, locate the small battery on the motherboard, and take it out. wait about a minute, then put it back in.

and when you power the computer on, and then pull the plug (which is bad) then you just stop electricity from accessing the power supply. The computer is still in 'on' mode, if you will, so as soon as you re-apply power, the computer will attempt to boot again.

Hi dude.. thanks.. ok.. i will try it.. i will remove all parts out of the Case again.. but i dont think is there the problem... because.. i already did it one time.. and i put the bolts to fixes the motherboard in the right roles..
I alredy reset/clear the bios also.. but the problem continue..i have to check the bios config.. but i dont know what to change.. in Power menu.. or other menus from the Motherboard.. can you tell whhat i have to put on the menus?

I will try this now.. remove the mother board from the case and turn it on.. brb..
