Outlook 2003, SOS, i need help!!!!

i am not English native speaker, but i will describe as detailed as i can.

i tied a public email with outlook 2003 on my xp3 system. And i choose pop3，
but i was a idiot, i forgot to tick "save the copy on server". what was worse,
i press shift+Del, so all emails have gone.

it is a public email account, not my own, my god................

how can i recover all these mails, and then send back to the account?

can anyone help me? SOS

please.... i need u help.....

By the way, i logged in the email on the web, the emails in the "sent items" are all there, but there is none in the inbox.

get a gmail account

set up the gmail account in outlook using imap
turn on pop download and IMAP access in gmail under settings

in hotmail go to options-- more options-- Sending/receiving email from other accounts. you will have to put in your gmail account and it should automatically set it up... you will need to reply to a confirmation email and all that but once it is ready hotmail will say it is working..

in outlook you need to find the option for your hotmail account to keep messages on the server and check that.

start moving your email from the hotmail account in outlook to the gmail account...

do a little bit at first to make sure it works... it should go to gmail with no problem and then after a while it will push it to hotmail. once you cofirm that it works go crazy with the rest of your mail. This might take a day or so if you have a lot of email.
