New case, £60 budget!

Are you serious about the DF-10 not having that little compartment between the motherboard and side plate where the cable management goes? If not then the DF-10 is right out of the window, this is the first time I'm going to try cable management and I don't want to see any wires at all! Just sexy looking components sitting in there.

I like the Hades though, 2x 200mm fans and 1x 120mm, 1x 140mm for that price is great, although I hate that front panel is has, the swinging door thing. Makes it look ugly in my opinion. Although I really wanted a case with RED led's (I didn't want any LED's but it's hard to get a case without any, hence wanting the DF-10) and the CM 690 has blue ones which puts me off a bit, which is why I think I'll try and get the HAF 912+. Speaking of the HAF, what's the difference between the 912+ and the normal 912? I realized that the original 912 doesn't have a black interior but apart from that I can't see any differences.

I am indeed being serious. There is a very, very small gap behind the mobo tray, but like I say, no holes, so rather than just seeing the heads of the cables, you will see essentially a full cable, and cable management isn't just about looks, more importantly, cables in the way = less airflow = higher temperatures.

The difference between a HAF and HAF+ is that the HAF+ has black interior and a 200mm rather than 120mm fan at the front...that is it.

If it is red LEDs that you want, take a look at the Cooler Master Storm Scout, it is virutally the same case as a 690II, but with red fans and a different external design. There is also a different design for cables, but they both provide good options on the cable management front. The 690II is still better for cable management I would say, but the Storm Scout is adequate and will give you your red fans.

Another option would be to get the 690II, sell the blue fans, buy some red, and put them in instead

Ouch, I was actually getting serious about getting the DF-10 but now I think I'll avoid it at all costs.
Also, I was looking at the scout and I the handles are a huge eyesore for me, I don't think they're detachable either which is a real shame.

I was really hoping that while looking for a case in my budget I'd find one that would just make me buy it, one that's perfect for me but I never got that. Just a few cases that seemed to do what I wanted well rather than a case I saw and said "I have to have that".

In-fact I had another look at it and it's incredibly small which I don't like about it.

It isn't as small as you might think, Linkin has posted up pics of his system, for reference:

Not large as the 690 (Pic of Ethan's for reference)

but still plent big enough. I have to admit though, I agree 100% with the handles, they are a rather large eye sore and would put me off too

I think I'd much rather get the CM 690 and turn off the LED lights with the button at the front, I actually love the way the CM 690 looks with the rubber feet and looking at the system makes me want it, it's definitely either that or the HAF 912+. Probably the CM 690.
Have you got a picture of the DF-10 with the components in? I literally cannot find a picture anywhere.

Unfortunately no, I can't seem to find one of the case inside with components, but the size inside is similar to that of the other 2, however it is, as you have seen a lot simpler, with less space for cables and what not
