ati radeon 5870 drivers problem

When i installed driver version 10.11 my screen shakes on Windows logo start-up and on log out and shut down. Before 10.11 driver i never had this problem. What might be causing the problem. I know it's not the refresh rate and any of that because everything is set to the appropriate level. Also i formatted my pc and reinstalled my Windows and same thing happened. So i know it's not an error neither. I'm pretty sure it's not the video card because on the previous drivers it works perfect. Any suggestions? Thanks.

Edit: I just noticed that many people are having this problem and they are installing 10.9 or 10.10 which dont have this problem. If anyone has a solution to this please post it. So far i cant find what's causing that.

I was having an issue with my 4870 after I installed the latest drivers. I'd get artifacts and it would go black and white all the time, even just playing flight simulator. I thought it was my card because twice my card has died. But all I did was uninstall the driver and use the one Windows 7 found and it works fine.
 
Those drivers instead of getting better they are getting worse. The most stable driver version is the 10.9 for me. 10.10 and 10.11 is shaking like crazy on Windows start-up and shut down. Also many people say that it makes their games crash too. I guess i'll stick with 10.9.
 
I only hear about problems with 10.11 so never tried it. I have tried the 10.10, but my card overclocked higher on the 10.7 for whatever reason.

I see. Either way i'll probably stick with 10.9. For some reason on 10.10 i get the same problem as 10.11.
