Phenom II 1100T and 565, Athlon II 455 launched.

I have a concern. I'm about to buy the next piece of my build(likely the cpu or the power supply). Is it better to get 1100t/1090t, or wait for bulldozer cpu? Will the bulldozer cpu be out soon and is it going to be compatible with am3 socket? My board is an am3 socket, so I guess i'm limited to my choices.

Right now the 1100T is a ripoff price wise compared to the 1090T. Both unlocked and clock about the same. No the Bulldozer will not fit AM3 socket. Needs AM3+.
 
^ Yep. However, I do believe that AM3 processors will fit in AM3+, so the upgrade process is still pretty smooth, thankfully.
 
I'm afraid to buy right now till "the big new technology" comes along and I find out damn, the new cpu smokes the one I have now. The other half of me thinks to just get the 1090t because there are already other components with proven compatibility such as power supply. I haven't seen any am3+ boards around, so I wouldn't know where to begin trying to put together a bulldozer system, right?
