How can i upgrade this system

Buying a store bought system and trying to upgrade it is kind of stupid if you ask me. You are better off building your own system that can handle the parts you want. Store bought systems have a locked bios so you can't overclock if so desired.

I know all of this and i wont be overclocking.
Only if parents could understand, but they cant ive tried to come up with some myself, take a look see.

I would build from the start for a few reasons:
1) you will be utilizing only the parts you want
2) higher quality for less money
3) pre-configured computers are often overpriced
4) more control over how it is set up, and you gain a better understanding of how to use it

You will have to do some drilling and cutting on your case to get an aftermarket PSU into that case.

You will also have to ensure that HP's locked Bios supports your CPU upgrade.
 
i'd pop a decent graphics card into the PCIe x16 slot and call it good. you'll have no problem with most games.
