Dont know. Legally your not suppost to sell OEM copies. They come packaged with drives.

True...only authorized retailers can sell OEM products.
Report it to ebay. There is maybe dozens if not hundreds of copies with your product key all around the world. You got scammed on ebay. Thieves love and exploit ebay. Completely random and money is quick.
I have heard a lot of people getting ripped off on ebay lately. A friend of mine ordered a 16GB Corsair Voyager memory stick...when he got it, it was a different brand name and only 1GB shipped from China. He paid 41 Euros for it. The one he got was maybe worth $5. Another friend ordered satellite TV receiver boxes. He paid 120 Euros a piece and ordered 2 of them. He never even received them in the mail.

the item description never actually said"OEM", but it didn't come in a retail box either....The activation worked and the software is actually working,but for how long, til I leave a positive feedback???
Dont really know man. Had a bunch of OEM copies that I got with drives. But none had the same key.

Could the software stop working sometimes down the road you think?
You will undoubtedly find out the situation if you try to get the latest update from Cyberlink. I should think the software will continue to work. Make sure you scan it thoroughly, before (the disk) and after installing.
It's not difficult for software pirates to generate different codes but I guess making different labels is too much work. They probably rely on folk buying just the one or not noticing the codes like you did.

You may have got a trail version i dont know, best advice i can offer is to update it if poss and see what happens after
I think I would go for the "Don't ask and they won't tell you" route. Sometimes ignorance is bliss.

Its a full version...Had a trial version before I installed this one and no more upgrade prompts...It prompts to update the latest patch which I did, but ended up reverting back to the installed version cause it wouldn't play an ISO on a virtual drive...But seems to ber working fine for now...But got half my money back when I emailed the ebay seller and said I didn't pay for the same number twice and better make it right so he did if you can believe that.....

If I end up with a good number for both my puters for 35$ then great..If not,well it was a well learned 35$ lesson...
