Brand new computer restarting on its own help !

just got a brand new desktop literatlly opened the box about 2 hours ago and it starts i use it for about 5 mins and then restarts on its own. It will only start up if i leave it for about 10 mins if i dont then it just keeps restarting and saying launch start up repair. was doing this from the very beginning. someone please help

Im using my t.v as my screen as my other 1 is broke i dont think it makes a differnce but just wanted to add.

Take it back and slap the person you brought it from.

yeahh i took it back got my money back. Going to buy a dell as soon as money gets back into my account.
 
i dont have a clue what im doing tho all i really know about is the RAM,processor and hard drive thats about it. and the dell stuidio xps 8100 ive seen it on some youtube vids playing games it looks pretty good. thanks for advice though.
