Hi Guys,
Im new to the forum and no matter how much I try to read up and make a sound choice, I keep changing my mind when i read something new.
I need a PC that can handle multi tasking and will more importantly be good for the internet and paint shop pro x3.
I have narrowed it down to two computers:

http://www.pcworld.co.uk/gbuk/hp-pavilion-slimline-s5615uk-m-07677366-pdt.html
I initially thought the Packard bell one was a better spec however looking back on it, the only good thing about it is the CPU x4 and the rest including the motherboard seems very basic oh and the 256mb graphics !
The HP one seems better in every other way including over 1500mb graphics, bigger HD, monitor included, better motherboard ( so i assume as it supports up to 8gb ram) but has a poor CPU, in future if needed I would sell the one in it and replace it with a X4 if possible or a better one.
can someone also tell me if the motherboard int he hp would support a better cpu and up to what would it support.
pleaseeeeeeeeee help me
thank youuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuu
