Sharing Windows Calendar

I have Windows Vista and it comes with Windows Calendar. How do you share Windows Calendar among other users on the same computer where any update by one user will automatically be visible by other users without requiring each user to import and export each time he adds an appointment?


What is the difference between an "appointment" and a "task?"

Well, it's possible to share your calendar with others but it's not possible do this in a way "where any update by one user will automatically be visible by other users". To do that, you'd need Microsoft Outlook working with an Exchange server.
