so when you look at the highest usage of ram, what are the programs that are using ram... when you buy a laptop it comes with crap lots of little programs.. hate that, so i always reinstall when buy new things!!!..
How many processes do you have running, for example when you start up your laptop, i have 37 processes. my ram is around 28/30 %, i have similar laptop so could be compared. 40% is not really high, but for idle with "no extra programs running" a bit high!!!
for your second point yes you can, but make sure your laptop supports it!!!

I have 70 ( if you mean the thing we can see in ctrl+alt+suppr, in french is proccesus so i think is that you mean), how can i remove them?

70 ooooo, wowowowow, that's why you have so much Ram being used, go to start, type msconfig, press enter, go to the startup tab and untick everything that you do not need, as well as this, remove any programs that you do not need through control panel...
if you have a windows disk you might want to think of reinstalling, if you know how to, its really not that difficult you will find instructions on the web...
