help deciding on GPU.

im going to be building a new rig when sandy bridge is released, and wanted some feed back about what GPU to get(since 1155 supports CF and SLI).its between these two, 6970 or 570.i do heavy gaming and will CF/SLI down the road.and if ya'll have any other suggestings plz feel free to post.

edit:i might be selling my rig in my sig, not 100% sure yet. my wife wants a nice gaming laptop and i want to get a 1155 build. so she said if i get the new build i have to sell my current one to get her the laptop she wants.if i do sell it i will post in the Computer Equipment For Sale thread(it will be about a month befor i will know). the only parts that will be for sell will be mobo,cpu,ram and the gpu.i will post pics and what not when the time comes.

IF thats what you want to choose between then go with the 6970 the benchmarks are a little better.... but you could always do the 6950 with the 6970 bios flash, been reading theres a very high success rate with the xfx cards

yeah ive seen some about that but wasent really sure,i have to look in to that. because if thats true than sh!t ill get the 6950 and save $70,hehe.thx

I think im headed down that same route, it seems to be the best bang for the buck unless you can affod a gtx580
