Help me choose between these two cards

I was set to get this card:

with my new setup because of the low price and since I won't be doing any gaming. Its going to be an i5-2500 system. Then when putting togeter other pieces, I noticed I can get this one with a combo deal with a 500w power supply and it will end up costing $20 more total than with the other one:

Is it worth it, or is that first one fine? I did notice several reviews on the 450 mention it was loud.

Either one will work just fine for you, but for $20 more I'd probably go for the 450. Are you just making something like a HTPC? or what are you trying to build?

No its just for a new main computer in the house. I made a post HERE the other day describing what I came up with. Is that noise a problem, or are you familiar with it?
