Router Password Help

Ok so i updated my router earlier with firmware however the password has been reset and cant login now....

or the defaults from belkin support dont work.

I am happy to reset the router from the back but:
a) will it reset to earlier frimware?
b) will it keep interent login details (dad is away for weekend and only he knows login and password for interent)?

try
User name :admin r :Admin
pass also same mean :admin or Admin

The router update may have set it back to defaults, so try leaving username and password blank. Then login and change the password.
