1. BenQ isn't much popular in India, though I see it much in ads aound forums and sites, I'm not much optimistic how good in quality it is. Should I buy it, looking for a 22 inch one.

2. I am also getting an Radeon 6850, will it play black ops in high or medium settings?

3. I plan to crossfire in 1 year, is it worth to crossfire?
can 6850 be crossfired with 6950?

1. Don't know

2. Yes, depending on what resolution you use- it's a quite capable mid level card.

3. 6850 is only compatible with another 6850 in crossfire to my knowledge. 6950 is a different chipset so they can't crossfire together

I want to play at high settings, can do a bit lower than full resolution.
BTW will 2-way 6850 crossfire do the job?

I can't confirm that yet, because I screwed my build up(I also have a 6850 as you can tell). I was planning to try that black ops game though, but I don't have any test data to report back on yet. It's a powerful card, I imagine you shouldn't have many problems with medium and possibly high settings. Resolution will affect fps also.

What was the total cost of your build, Looks good.
If I go for 6950 then I guess I will have to buy a low end mobo and CPU to fit into my budget.

Around 800-1100, although I bought it as I could afford it so costs went down significantly by the end. If that's the card you think you want then yeah maybe, otherwise keep saving till you can get both components of the quality you want. The videos i've seen on the 6850 didn't disappoint me though, I suppose as long as I have other good stuff I could overclock the card just fine. I'd just love to see the thing work though. I'm currently using radeon 6150 integrated graphics so it will be such a massive step-up that I won't require much more than that card has, for now at least.

I believe BenQ is ok for the price usually. They've been sold in places like WalMart etc but some better-larger electronic/computer stores are picking them up.

How are Alienware and Dell Monitors? I assume they re-use old parts so am not quite optimistic of it.

I've actually heard pretty good things about Dell monitors. Alienware is owned by Dell so I can only assume their panels would be effectively the same, but with an alien head on the back and cost twice as much. I can't personally vouch for either, but again, from what I've heard about them, the feedback is pretty positive.
