Have put off ordering my new build, which was initially planned to go ahead a few weeks ago, but the time has finally come. Will be using this system for mostly normal use I guess. Moderate gaming, media stuff, internet, etc. Eventually plan on putting in a video capture card, so my mobo needs a PCIEx1 slot. Will be buying Windows 7, along with a monitor and video card in the coming weeks. Also will be getting the 1TB Samsung HDD, another 4GB GSkill memory stick, and blu-ray reader when I can. Wanted integrated graphics on the mobo in the meantime, as well as an emergency to fall back on. Does everything I picked out look good, and will they work fine together?

Edit: The video card I get will probably either be the GTS 450 or GTX 460. My PSU should have np with either choice.

Is there a specific reason why I shouldn't get that Rosewill PSU? I realize any of the 3 you listed as examples would be better, but they also cost more money. Previously, I was set on the Antec Earthwatts 650W when it was around $65-70, however it is at $85 now.

There are very few decent options once you get below $80 (I don't count rebates). At $60, that Rosewill 630W seems like a fair product for the price. It is 80 plus certified, has 50 amps on the 12v rail, seems to have pretty decent reviews on newegg, and would be powerful enough for my end system.

I don't want to skimp on the psu, but if I can knock off $20 in that category, I will if it won't hurt me, due to my budget. If you're only saying "don't get that psu" simply because Rosewill isn't as good as say Antec or Corsair, that's a knee-jerk response that I'm not interested in. Now if there is a specific reason why you would advise me not to go with it, i'm all ears. Obviously better products are better products, but in this case a decent quality unit that is "good enough" is good enough for me.
 
It is just that Rosewill is not one of the better companies that make PSUs. I can't really explain it better than that but there are some PSU gurus here that can give you a better idea (technically speaking) why others are better.

I don't plan to sli ever, so I do have that going for me. However, I am a bit leery about that Corsair unit, regardless of the fact that its a top quality brand. A 500W psu (high-quality or not), with only 34 amps on the 12v rail seems to be cutting it pretty close for my end system (assume a GTX 460 1GB vid card, along with a vid capture card). I know when I did a wattage calc it spit out something like 530W for my end system (with a little headroom added in). I would be more comfortable with a lesser-quality unit at 630W and 50 amps (and it IS 80 plus certified) than a high-quality unit at 500W and 34 amps. At least the Rosewill will be guaranteed to be powerful enough, and it seems decent enough that it shouldn't simply go out in the first 6 months like many crap units will, like say some Raidmax piece of trash. Am I wrong? Thanks for your responses guys.
